Review
From the start, I had high expectations for this
book. I read the first in this series – Moving Forward – and really enjoyed it,
so I *expected* to enjoy this one, too. Sometimes that is a terrible thing
because subsequent books just aren’t as good. HOWEVER, that was not the case
here. While I really enjoyed Moving Forward, I really loved No Going Back! I
loved the intensity, the drama, and the emotion that this story captured.
Throughout the story, Mallory and Seth have a lot of
drama they have to deal with. They have a lot to overcome and there were quite
a few instances where I just wasn’t sure if this would be the problem that
broke them for good. I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to overcome certain issues
because they were just so intense. I held my breath pretty often, fanned myself
because the sex was hot, and even cried a bit.
Erika Ashby has done it again with No Going Back.
The writing flows effortlessly and you are instantly interested in the
storyline. The story was fresh and had some very interesting twists!
